Complete Terms and Conditions of Sale & Attendance (Prep11Plus Ltd) (updated 31st March 2026)

Welcome to Prep11Plus Ltd! By purchasing a ticket for one of our mock examinations, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We aim to provide a professional and smooth experience for all children and parents.

1. Mock Exam Attendance and Punctuality

Punctuality is Key: The mock examination will begin promptly at the scheduled start time. We operate on a strict timetable to ensure a fair and effective test environment for all participants. . IT IS SOLELY THE PARENTS/CARERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRIVE ON TIME FOR THE EVENT.

LATE ARRIVALS (ANY TIME AFTER 13:40PM) WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS GIVEN FOR LATENESS OR NON ATTENDANCE. (See Section 2).

IT IS UNFAIR TO THE OTHER STUDENTS TO BE KEPT WAITING, OR BE DISTURBED BY LATE COMERS, ONCE THE EXAM HAS STARTED. THERE WILL BE NO ADMITTANCE ONCE THE REGISTRATION WINDOW CLOSES. REGISTRATION TIME IS BETWEEN 13:10 AND 13:40PM

2. Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy (2026 Series)

Non-Refundable Policy: 14-Day Notice Window: While mock exams are date-specific leisure activities exempt from standard cooling-off periods (Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013), Prep11Plus Ltd offers a discretionary partial refund for cancellations requested via email no less than 14 days before the scheduled exam.

Administrative Fees: All eligible refunds are subject to a £10.00 administration fee for bundle purchases and a £5.00 for single mock exam bookings to cover non-refundable payment processing fees and administrative costs.

Bundle Recalculations: Bundles are sold at a discounted rate on the condition that all sessions are attended. If a bundle is partially cancelled (no less than 14 days notice), any sessions already attended or within the 14-day non-refundable window will be recalculated at the standard single-mock rate (£35.00). The refund will be the remaining balance minus the £10.00 admin fee.

Single Mock Refund: £30 = £35 (Price per single mock) - £5 (Admin Fee)

*No refunds are given for using 4 and cancelling 1 from BUNDLE5.

Example: Cancelling 3 Mocks from a 5-Mock Bundle

Scenario: Customer paid £140 (5 mocks @ £28 each). They used 2 mocks and want to cancel the remaining 3.

Refunds can take 10-14 working days.

No-Transfer Policy: Due to fixed venue hire and specialist staffing, bookings cannot be transferred to alternative dates or students.

Non-Attendance & Lateness: No refunds are provided for missed sessions due to lateness or non-attendance. However, to ensure educational value is still received, those who miss their session will be emailed the Mock Review Video covering the 10 most challenging questions.

Intellectual Property: All mock exam materials are the exclusive property of Prep11Plus Ltd. To protect the security of our unique papers, physical copies are never permitted to be removed from the premises or released for home use under any circumstances.

3. Medical Conditions and Allergies

Duty to Inform: It is essential that parents/guardians inform Prep11Plus Ltd staff on site of any medical issues, including and not limited to allergies, the need for an Epipen, asthma, or any other condition that may require immediate attention.

Medication: Parents/guardians must ensure that any necessary medication (such as Epipens or asthma inhalers) is provided with the child, is clearly labelled, and that the child knows how and when to administer it, or that a clear plan is agreed upon with the staff.

Liability: While our staff are informed and trained to act in an emergency, Prep11Plus Ltd is not medically trained and acts only as a first responder. We do not assume liability for any adverse health event unless due to our proven negligence.

4. Snack Policy (Nut-Free Zone)

Snacks Permitted: Children may bring a small snack and drink to consume during designated break times.

Mandatory Nut-Free Policy: All snacks brought onto the premises must be completely nut-free (including tree nuts and peanuts). This is a critical requirement to ensure the safety and well-being of all children attending the exam who may have severe, life-threatening nut allergies.

Compliance: Prep11Plus Ltd staff reserve the right to confiscate any item deemed to contain nuts or traces of nuts. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the child’s parents being contacted to remove the item, or in severe cases, removal from the event.

5. Child Drop-off and Pick-up

Parent/Guardian Responsibility: Parents/Guardians are solely responsible for the safe drop-off and collection of their child at the designated examination location.

Supervision: Our responsibility for the child begins when they are formally checked in for the exam and ends immediately upon check-out at the designated collection point. We request that parents/guardians are punctual for pick-up.

6. Parking and Site Responsibility

Parking Responsibility: Any parking provided at the examination premises is used at the parent/guardian's own discretion and risk.

Vehicle Security: Prep11Plus Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft to vehicles or their contents while parked on or near the examination premises.

7. Changes to Examination Details

Prep11Plus Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the venue, date, or time of a booked mock examination due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements. We will notify customers via email as soon as possible of any such changes. If a significant change renders the booking unusable, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

8. Intellectual Property

All mock examination papers, materials, content, scoring methodologies, and any documentation provided by Prep11Plus Ltd remain the exclusive intellectual property of Prep11Plus Ltd. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published in any format without prior written consent.

You will not receive a copy of the exam papers.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that we will process your data for exam administration and results. You will also receive marketing communications regarding Prep11Plus Ltd services. You may opt-out of marketing at any time via emailing contact@prep11plus.co.uk. For detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our separate .

10. Limitation of Liability

Prep11Plus Ltd's total liability to you for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or negligence is strictly limited to the total price paid by you for the ticket in question. Prep11Plus Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, opportunity, or goodwill.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
